Update: Girlfriend talked to costumer service, Chrystal was amazing. Recieved refund and birds are being checked and clipped. I didn't get the new girls name at the store Friday 11/10 thank you for the help. I changed my rating to five stars for the handling of all this in the end.
Please make sure your birds wings are clipped. You did your part in selling, but not in your word it was clipped when I left the store with my parakeet. I went in, you said they are clipped to my face again, I asked for a refund because I was told by bird breeders and another employee to get my money back. 20 bucks that's it. I don't care for the money, I cared for the bird. Just make sure you stay on top of the clipping please. Don't want anyone else to go through this.
