This is a great store. Customer service much better than either Lowes or Home Depot.
Website says they open at 9:00......my husband was there at 9:00 ready to make a purchase & the woman opening the store told him they open at 9:30!
Really bad store. Sears only has robots and no one speaks understandable English there. They did a bait and switch on a box spring with me. And my only recourse is in Small Claims Court.

Bought a part for my washing machine the machine decided not to work so that made the part oboslite. Tried to return part for refund because cant use part if machine not working. They told me cant return part hecause package is opened. So i will not ever buy anything from sears again. Screwed out of 50 plus dollars.
