They always have what I am looking for and are much more attentive than the big box stores.
My husband is quite the handy man and repair man. He says Ford and Crew may be a little more expensive that Lowes and Home Depot (the orange no help store) . However the service is excellent he's always going there for a special this or that and they typically can help him. When we go there, there is always someone there to help him.....no standing around searching the aisle looking for assistance. Recently when they didn't have an item they actually looked up another business in town and called to verify they had what we needed. Now that's service and it's worth the price!

This hardware is a great home town hardware store. They have items that no one else in town will have. Great customer service, good prices and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend them.
I have never gone to Ford & Crew hardware without finding exactly what I needed. The "CREW" are very knowledgeable while being both friendly and really wanting to help. The "CREW" is simply the best and have set the customer service benchmark very high. If you haven't been to the best hardware store in Marble Falls, do yourself a favor and visit this store and meet the staff...you will go back again and again.
