Have had multiple packages not delivered even while someone was at home. Packages that are shipped and paid to be overnighted are not being delivered.
Ordered a car seat online to be delivered to the house. Received a notice that it was at the post office. After having to go and pick up the car seat from the post office, we were told that it wouldn't fit in the driver's car... it's a car seat, it's meant to fit in all cars. The woman behind the desk helping my mother-in-law (because I'm 6 months pregnant and can't carry it... hence the reason of having it delivered to the house) told her that she needed to understand "that he has more packages than just yours and he couldn't fit it in his car".
I'm not sure why it's our fault that the driver has a car that can't carry the packages to be delivered to those who pay for the option of having it delivered. Then not one person at the post office offered to help my mother-in-law carry the car seat to the car.
I have visited this facility twice with my children to attempt to apply and renew our passports. The first time we were turned away because their hours for passports are different than their hours for postal. This is not posted anywhere until you enter the building so we had no idea. We were sent away, no explanation or further information was given other than the very rude attendant who said, you're 9 minutes late, we're done for the day. We returned today, all documents in hand, plenty of time prior to closing, and were again turned away because we weren't "early enough"
Drove 45 minutes to Marble Falls TX post office to get my Passport. Katelyn was so helpful and considerate. Took picture,went thru paper work and paid all in less than 30 minutes. Best service I have ever received at a post office. Great job!!!!

We went on a Monday at 1:30 to get my daughter's passport. The hours they say for passport processing are 9:30-2:30. They don't take appointments, so it's walk ins only. They refused to take us saying they were done with passports for the day. Told us we needed to get there really early - like 8am - in order to be processed. So, we showed up 2 weeks later on Monday at about 8:30ish - we were the first name on the list, the gal told us to take a seat and they would call us. Waited until 10:30 and there were about 4 others that came in after us for passports. One gal said she had tried FOUR times to get her passport with them. They only serve passport customers IF THEIR LOBBY IS COMPLETELY EMPTY OF POSTAL CUSTOMERS. That never happens, folks. Someone's always coming in, or someone needs a break, or whatever. So I made a call at 10:30 to Blanco County District Clerk in Johnson City. Folks, it's a mere 1/2 drive. My daughter had her passport paperwork submitted and taken care of within 5 minutes. FIVE minutes! After waiting TWO hours at Marble Falls. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT PROCESSING! Go to Johnson City. Dale Sewell, the clerk there, is awesome!!
After checking hours online to ensure the 45 min trip to get my passport done wouldn't be a waste, the store wound up not offering the service today. Not the end of the world, but the clerk on staff there could not have been ruder. She was absolutely aweful to deal with, and ensured that I will never go back to that location.
Extremely rude people who only give no detailed information so that our hour drive there could be a successful one. And they don't care. I have booked an appointment with Johnson City, an additional 30 minutes away, but who was very nice and helpful over the phone. I will not waste my time with Marble Falls PO ever again.
