I called requesting that a dozen roses be delivered not only the same day but within a 3 ½ window and they delivered (pun intended). I was assisted by Aileen who was very personable and took the time to insure my order and card were exactly the way I wanted it. To my surprise the roses were delivered within the same hour in which I ordered them. My girlfriend sent me a photo of them and they are beautiful.
They did a great job this valentines day, delivered my dozen roses shortly after 9AM, my valentine couldn't be happier. I will definitely use them all the time.
I called minutes before they closed to find the perfect bouquet for my mom. They had exactly I was looking for and stayed open till I got there to pick them up on my way to see her in the hospital. Amazing customer service, extremely kind, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful.
It is my understanding that they are the new owners of "Marble Falls Flowers and Gifts" and are trying to repair the reputation of the previous owners. I have never used them or any other florist in the area prior to yesterday but will most definitely be using then again in the future.
I called from out of state to order flowers for a friend. The first thing they asked me was for my credit card info. Really?? When I told them the delivery address they said there was a minimum order and higher delivery charge "because sometimes it can take 15 minutes to get there" They never even asked about my friend or what kind of flowers I was interested in.
Spend your money with a more honest company/person.
These people are LIARS! Not only did the owners daughter T-bone my car while she was coming out of the alley in their company delivery van, they lied to their insurance company. They gave a false statement which caused 2 1/2 months delay in getting my car repaired. We had to call the police station and have the officer on duty that came to the scene of the collision call the insurance company and give a statement.
