The lady running the place should be terminated ASAP. I rented a car for 29 days while my car was in the body shop. I return the car a hour later I get a call and she tells me there going to charge me $60.00 to vacuum some what she called dog hairs from the car.this is just a nother scam she is running. I went back pick up the car and took the car to a car care and they washed and clean the inside of the car yes I paid $20.00 to have it done.I took the car back hour and half later.I have never in my life herd of a policy if there is what she called dog hair on the seat you will be charged $60.00 for detailing I quote cherri said we get a discount. Hertz Rental Car my advice stay clear of this place in Marble Falls
Cherri was super helpful and thorough with everything. She made the experience of renting and returning the car easy and quick. I'll be using Hertz more. It has definitely been better than the one across the street. The only complaint is that the location is hidden inside the Ford dealership, with no signage outside to indicate the presence of Hertz inside.

I called and called and called finally someone from cedar park answered the phone I asked her about the marble falls office and then didn't know. So I asked the girl to give me a quote for a full size car that I was trying to get for one of our employee's. She gave me a quote of 537.00 dollars give or take. I had to call her back and ask if marble falls had cars available, she said yes. Our employee when to marble falls the next day to check out the cars since he is a very large person. They talked to the girls and she told them that she could let them have either a car or suv. The next day they went back over there to pick up the car. The girl didn't even know what they were talking about. With all the problems the girl was giving our employee the madder he got. They left and went to enterprise and then we're in and out if there in 20 minutes and the got a SUV for the same amount as hertz quoted me. I have never in my experience had problems with hertz when Keri was there. Now I'm probably not going to use hertz again. I could call Keri today or a year from today and she would remember me and always gave me excellent service. It's to bad yall don't have more Keri's there. At least have someone that will be there to answer the phone and know what is going on.
